ISERT engages in various research programs aimed at renewing the theological methods and at expanding the available tool-box for those who intend to undertake their own research, like in master or doctoral works, or in post-doctoral projects. The idea is that empirical methods can assist young researchers to develop original approaches and means to better assessing and analyse religious trends or practical issues related with faith communities and their many expressions. To that end, ISERT will provide information, materials and guidance for those who want to explore this field and the suggested methods and to become an academic resource to better plan and organize research projects, which later can be presented in to the periodic Conferences we hold and find publishing opportunities in the Journal and books series we promote.
